Central M40, Banbury

AJA were instructed by Tritax Symmetry as master planners and architects for this 70 acre site, accommodating in excess of 1m sq.ft. alongside the M40 in Banbury. Given the parks prominence with a full motorway frontage, AJA worked closely with Tritax Symmetry and its initial tenant Prodrive, placing a high emphasis on the quality of design that in due course will influence not only the balance of development at Central M40 but also their future business parks.
